Matrix Air 100 CFM is a compressed breathing air filtration system with integrated airline monitor Matrix Air in a wall mount enclosure.
The air filtration system removes oil, water, solid particles, and unpleasant odors from a compressed air source. The Matrix Air monitors various gases including:
- Carbon Monoxide
- Carbon Dioxide
- Oxygen
- Methane Equivalent Hydrocarbons
- Pressure Dew Point
- Total Ionizable Hydrocarbons
(Isobutylene Equivalent)
The Matrix Air 100 CFM incorporates a highly effective three-stage filtration process. The first step uses a prefilter, which is followed by a coalescing filter, and then a charcoal adsorber filter. Each filter includes a drain for collected fluids in the filter bowl.
The Matrix Air 100 CFM includes an adjustable manifold pressure regulator with a gauge for setting the manifold pressure. The system offers four outlet ports; each fitted with either a Hansen or Schrader fitting.
ENMET also offers a variety of panel configurations that are compatible with gas detection monitors.
