CO-GUARD 100 CFM is a wall mount compressed breathing air filtration system with integrated carbon monoxide detection.
The air filtration system removes oil, water, solid particles, and unpleasant odors from a compressed air source. The CO GUARD monitor measures the presence of carbon monoxide.
The CO-GUARD 100 CFM incorporates a highly effective three-stage filtration process. The first step uses a prefilter, which is followed by a coalescing filter, and then a charcoal adsorber filter. Each filter includes a drain for collected fluids in the filter bowl.
The CO-GUARD meets OSHA monitoring requirements for Grade D breathing air monitoring CO with a range of 0-50 ppm and alarms at 5, 10 and 20 ppm CO.
The CO-GUARD 100 CFM comes with a standard manifold that has a maximum capacity of 100 CFM and four outlet ports, provided with either a Hansen or Schrader connection. The panel is designed to ensure uniform air distribution to four supplied-air respirators.
